I may be mistaken but I think Poser uses 'Firefly' and DazStudio uses 'DeLight'.

Poser is made by
Smith Micro, which apparently bought it from efrontier.
Daz3D was originally built to be a competitor to Poser by offering a free program and premium models - and a whole user base to make more free and premium models - for poser (but they were designed to mesh better with Daz)
