Well, I want to do whatever I can to get this place more visibility and activity. Part of that will be getting a major contest with a real, sponsored prize. I intend to have a major modelling contest starting late this month or early next month, but exactly what the contest is will depend on who I can get to sponsor it.
I'm also going to adapt the old mesh download center to match the new visual theme of the site, and start begging users to host their meshes. It looks like I'll have to do the same to fill the galleries.
If ANYONE has suggestions on what else I could do, please let me know - I'm good at running a forum and keeping the site updated, but my knowledge of the 3D community is pretty limited.
