Pencils by Mike Turner and Inks by Dtron.
You gotta be dedicated to do one of these I reckon. All the fiddly witchblade arm and body bits take forever!
I think Mike Turner must have been in a bad mood with his inker and colourist and decided to one day make a picture as detailed as he possibly could just to see how they'd handle it!
