Default Another Project . . .

Hey folks!

Yeah yeah, I am working on yet another project. Almost done, though. I just thought I would try to get some opinions.

This is a logo for a Minnesota Community Youth Leadership Group. They needed a logo, which I am working on, and they though the torch would symbolize strength and hope for the future and wanted a ribbon with text I have not yet added.

This is my first angled drawing on Illus - not as hard as I thought. I hope you all enjoy!

C&C welcome.

You could always do your shading in Illustrator...gradients and gradient meshes, overlaying transparent objects...lots of options.

I mean what can I do to make the torch itself look better? Not coloring.

And how can I do gradient meshes and perhaps get a brushed metal look going?
