Looks great. Is the modeling finished or are you going to add more? Careful with the detail as it could easily put this ship in the movie era.

Are the shuttle door lines textures, or modelled in? Are you planning on modelling the shuttlebay?

Looks nice, but I suggest you move the top-side registry further up on the mound of the primary hull. It's too far down on the flat part. Are you goint to put Starfleet pennant/swooshes somewhere? I don't know if there's any room on nacelles, but maybe there's room on the deflector pod.

Here's a possible idea. The shuttle used a nacelle endtip similiar to yours but with a sphere inside. It wasn't like the enterprises. Maybe you can add that :)

The registry looks good now.

I like that idea of a shadow on the cloud. Gives a good impression on how close it is. However, perhaps the shadow is a bit too regular? The shadow seems to be on a very flat surface, then softened up a bit. If the surface of the cloud is more irregular, then the shadow should be as well. Is there some way to actually model that cloud and cast a shadow on the surface? I'm thinking that the shadow should actually have fairly sharp edges which are irregular because of irregularities of the cloud's surface.
