Quicktime & FLASH Q&A

I am trying to place a Quicktime file into a Flash component, so I can add it to my website as a Flash file. I did this once, back with Flash 4.0 but, for the life of me, can not figure out how to do it in Flash 5.0.

Can anyone tell me how I can go about and transforming my Quicktime *.MOV file into a Flash animation? :)
