View Full Version : Windows 2000 Clean Installation Crash

What the hell? I'm trying to clean-install Windows 2000 (Professional) on an NTFS-formatted blank hard drive from the CD. It gets as far as copying installation files, then the status bar says "Saving configuration..." and it just sits there. Doesn't do anything. Just stays displaying that. What the hell is up with that?

Ah, new development. I managed to actually get it to display an error now "STOP 0x50" which apparently relates to faulty RAM. I'll check my RAM to see if that's the problem.
