LightWave question :)

I now have LightWave 7.

What would anyone here recommend as a good "how to" book?

I am terrible at learning from manuals and always buy "how to" books. I have had great luck with the "Visual Reference" series, but I don't know if they make a LW book or not.

Also I am using a Mac if that makes a dif :)
