Interesting. It's got a semicatamaran secondary hull to which the quad nacelles are attached. Judging from the thickness of the primary hull disk, I think the bridge dome might be too short/small for the command crew. Where are the impulse thrusters going to be: on the ends of the cataraman or on the disk?

Nice design and good start. After looking at it (and reading the feedback) here is what I would add or agree with.

The saucer ports seem too low - maybe raise them up.
Recess the bridge dome and then it looks fine with the assembly you have
The laterial plasma vents should be facing out not in (personal preference)
