Animated gif help?

I have no idea how to make an animated gif.

I found this one on line, but it spins way too fast...

Can anyone tell me how to slow it down?

Download a utility for it, such as Ulead's Gif Animator (http://www.ulead.com/ga/trial.htm). Then you can even mess with the frames themselves, let alone the frame rate.

Any idea on a good Mac one other than HVS? I DLed it and it keeps crashing on me :(
