I need a 2D artist

I have NO scanner or art pad so I need a 2d Artrist who is willing to do something for me to be included in a texture pack for one of my meshes

If you give me some details I can try to work on it for you. It may take some time but I can have a whack at it. I need to know exactly what you want. And a template and reference images would be nice, or I can do some of my own research.

The color scheme gives the impression of FASA's "Romulan Stormbird", which was the Klingon D-7 in Romulan service...
