Who made this ship?

Perhaps a strange question, but in this Flare topic (http://flare.solareclipse.net/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=7;t=001171;p=1#000009) no-one seems to know/remember where this superb Indomitable class model comes from, and who made it, or where to find more of it.

I'm sure someone over here knows...
