Does anyone know of a (preferably free) plugin that will allow Lightwave 7.0 to render directly to mpg?

I've looked all over the net, and all I've found is one that's part of DVStorm, and that's a bit much for what I'm looking for...

You know, if you're doing big renders especially, you should output the individual frames and then composite them together when it's over. It's really helpful if, say the power goes out and you're like 10 frames from the end...you'd have to start all over again if you render directly to video.

Quicktime Pro is like 29 dollars, it can compile the frames into a movie and you can export to any codec on your computer. It should come with an mpeg codec as well.
