anyone know the program 3d canvas?

hey i am self teaching 3d modeling to myself and cant afford max or true space. so i found a freeware program called 3d canvas. i need some help. its a basic drag and drop program. anyone know anything about this thing????

and if there are any inexpensive programs that i can use please tell me.

version 4 is cheap (the one I use) and 5 is only $299 now......
