Conversions to 3ds
 

I started posting and didn't realize at first that Conversion Requests had it's own Thread category. For that I am sorry (new user - not using his brain). Would love to see all of the models having 3ds formats posted. I am leaning how to convert however, having problems assigning textures to the 3ds models which I use in Celestia. If the models can be converted and posted by the originator at least I know that assignment of textures was done properly. Appreciate it if it could be done.

First welcome to 3DG.

mistakes happen and its no biggie.

normally when you convert from one format to another, you always (apart from UVMaps) have to reassign the textures to the model....

I have never used Celestia so I cannot help.

Perhaps one of the members can help you better
