Great! I'll get to work on those later this evening...

borgatwolf359 February 11th, 2004 05:30 AM

Warrior, I still can't get access to your site

Still having problems accessing http://www.lonewolf-grafix.com. I have tried it now on three seperate machines at home and in office... to no avail :(

General Phoenix February 11th, 2004 06:15 PM

I'm currently in the process of D/L'ing the meshes from your site, Darrell. However, I see that the B5 Garibaldi model is hosted "by special permission" so until / unless you notify me otherwise, I'll leave it alone. I wouldn't want anyone to get angry with you on my account - I'm sure you can do that all by yourself. ;)

Darrell Lawrence February 12th, 2004 07:05 PM

Rick, you have permission to host any of the special permissioned meshes.

Just make a note of that in the file description.

General Phoenix February 13th, 2004 11:09 PM

Cool - thanks.

Apparently there is a problem with the site

Hi Warrior
I have talked to Blueyonder this morning, one of the largest ISP providers in the UK, and apparently there is a block on all IP addresses belonging to Blueyonder users here in the UK that try to visit your site. Any chances of sortin it out?

General Phoenix February 14th, 2004 10:12 PM

I am currently in the process of uploading all the files from Darrell's site to the 3DG server. I will make them available through the DL Center as soon as possible.

borgatwolf359 February 14th, 2004 11:29 PM

can't wait :)

cheers...:)

General Phoenix February 15th, 2004 01:32 AM

Alright - I've got about half of the meshes uploaded. (Entering them into the DL Center database takes forever!). All the Basic Poser figures, Star Wars characters, and the TOS Trek clothes are now online. The rest will follow tomorrow. :)

Why would they put an ISP block on it? You ask them?

Rick, done yet? :D

General Phoenix March 11th, 2004 01:02 PM

Actually, there are some Trek models that still need uploaded, but I'm nearly done. :)

Got those and thnx. For some reason I thoughty that the second URL was another set of meshes. Thnx for sharing all your hard work. I have some in the RESOURCES section at LW3DG.com :colwar:

Stevew April 22nd, 2005 08:02 AM

Most are TS and acouple MAX. I think there are some LW as well. The TS meshes can be converted to cut the poly count. Fabio and Darrell did some and and may be able to help.
Many are conversions from Soildworks to TS using STL files that are messy. I cleaned them up as much as I could but STL leaves extra polys. I look forward to see what you can do with them, there is quite a varity of ships
