Dystopian Chronometer
3 Attachment(s)
Haven't had much time to pursue this hobby of mine lately...
Always seems to be because there aren't enough hours in the day, so I decided that in my fictional "dystopian" universe there will be a 36-hr day divided into three 12-hr shifts. That should work... I think. Also decided that there are 6-days in a week, with 6 weeks in each month, and 12-months in a year. I've got a calendar already finished and posted on my site, but can't share it here because the pin-up artwork isn't mine. Anyway this is still a 2D project, but I am hoping that I will have enough free time to take this face and create a "working" 3D version. :) The chronometer face on the latest update reads 14:034 — thirty four Dystopian minutes into the second hour of the second shift. It's a "Moeday", the nineteenth day of the third month. :D Cheers! — Möe |

Re: Dystopian Chronometer
I so want one of those!
I'll bet its only going to be a week before they hit the streets of China. ;) Very cool looking. Really. I'd wear something like that because it looks cool and would really screw with people who asked me for the time of day! :D |
Re: Dystopian Chronometer
Thank you for the kind words of encouragement. :)
I'm glad I put this together as vector art, which will make it really easy creating textures if and when it makes the crossover into 3D. Wouldn't be surprised if it was made in China to begin with... :D Cheers! — Möe |
