Posting to the gallery

Greetings all,

I'm the new nugget here and I wanted to know how does one post images the the gallery? I can't seem to find and upload button.

First, you have to have 5 posts in the forums and then the upload button should magically appear. Though, some members seem to be having issues with the number of posts due to a glitch in the site.
