Yup one day. It's really quite a simple mesh. ZBrush makes modeling intricate organic shapes fast and quite easy. I think in Lightwave it's about 480 polys. Once it's all meshed up in ZBrush it sits at 1,700,000 plus polys. That will be translated into a Displacemnt map a normal map and a bump map. and then reapplied in Lightwave to make the low poly look hi poly.
That will take almost as much time to finesse around as making the mesh.
I might try an Alien Drone next. That or a Predator.
