The Art of Star Trek (in fact, someone could probably be charged with copyright infringement but that's beside the point.) You can probably tell which ones made me draw parallels to your uniform design. And the DS9 ones are on this page:

They're not as much similar to yours as a few of the TNG ones are but they do have that open jacket look, even more so than how most of the actors on the show wore their uniforms.
