I only have 70 different sites in my indexer at the moment but will (slowly) be adding more. I am trying to figure out the Google tool to properly create refinement links and so on. The Google type landing page and search footer seem to be problematic as well but that is likely due to not knowing what I'm doing.
Also, you can 'break-out' and get the thing to search outside my list even though it is not supposed to work that way. I can do it to the example sites from the developer forums so that one is not on me.
