Well the flight bug has officailly bitten me after I used a gift certificate for a flight around my county for Father's Day. Of course, I've ridden in planes before, but I've never flown any. I found that taking the controls of an airborne Cessna and doing decent piloting warranted further action on my part. Coupled with a low price of up to $90 an lesson at my own pace, how could I say "no" to working towards a pilot's license?

Here are some pics I took on my flight. The ones past the third are on the return trip after I flew around. Impossible to both pilot and take pictures.

Cool, I've always wanted to learn to fly. The few times I've had the chance to take the controls were a rush. Good luck and clear air.

Welcome to the skies. It's quite a feeling to be free of gravity's pull, at least for a few hours. I have been flying for 8 years now and love it, although the Cessna is getting a bit slow for my tastes.

I had a flying lesson once. I intend to go back in a few years when I'm able to afford the full set of lessons.
