Default Truespace Problem

I have a problem with TS3SE. I am trying to do a boolean intersection with two objects, one being a cylinder and the other being sphere which has already had two cylinders subtracted but it freezes TS when it is about 70% completed. I tryed to do a subtraction instead of an intersection but this freezes as well. I get mesh errors when I export the shape to DXF to try it in any other programs.
