The crew comes to the aid of a bordello when its madam, an old acquaintance of Inara's, asks for help after a gunslinger claims a prostitute's baby is his and he's taking it because his wife is barren.

This is a great episode. We actually get to see our crew being heroic just because it's the right thing to do. I think, if the show had progressed more, we'd have seen more episodes like this one. It's tied with "Trash" as my favorite of the unaired episodes.
