Personally, I'm a little iffy on the use of 4 nacelles. However, you've done a nice job on the ship. Looks fast as a result of the layout.
I bet that with 4 engines to support, a lot of the saucer must be taken up by propulsion infrastructure.

Well Star Fleet has had some quad-drive designs so I don't think it is unreasonable to see one in the pre-TOS / TOS era. We do have one or two in the TOS site now. I would suggest that the support pod or assembly that the engines attach to be less round. It seems too smooth.
Other than that it looks promising.

actually most of the infrastruction is allready in the support, 1/4 of the saucer is also used.
updated
A big pic
Now I'm going to add some detail
I also don't like my bussard texture and the blue part of the nacelles. Still got some work with those 2

A four-nacelle ship!!! ARRRGGGHHHH! I've tried to design one of these bastards for years, but I have never been happy with the results. The trouble is how to do something interesting and new with the attachment to the hull and the arrangement of the supports. I like the X arrangement of the supports because it's both simple and elegant. The engineering compartment is, again, simple and elegant and consistent with the TOS look.
However, you need to add something (I don't know what, unfortunately), that makes this design unique. I wish I could be more helpful, but as I mentioned, I've run into a dead end on this kind of ship. Maybe some sort of additional modules (bumps) somewhere, a shuttle bay, sensor equipment?
By the way, I do hope you're planning to use a more authentic font! That font was only used on the old AMT/ERTL kit decals.

DAMNIT that sucks.
not the ship,, the fact that the little light below our names are so big!
(wonders why everyone is looking him)
The ship I like. I'm having trouble adjusting to the upsidedown engines. But that's just me.
I do think you might want to add a shuttle bay door somewhere. And if you are still playing around, thought your engine placement works, you might try different size struts. No one said they all had to be of the same length. It looks fine as is, but its just an idea.
ENGAGE!

USS Constellation??
Did you base this design off of the STNG Constellation? It looks like the predecessor of that ship. Nice idea!

Looks good! One item I would recommend changing: The edges of the light illuminating the name and registry are too sharp. Smooth it out some.

I agree, the light looks painted on, especially in the most recent pics. Also, where is that light actually coming from? I assume it's coming from somewhere on the bridge and the ventral dome, but those areas are pretty featureless. Otherwise, this is a nice ship!
