I am hoping to wrap up the modeling this week.
Then on to the textures.

Great work Sean, I really love the work you've done one this mesh. I realize that you stated that the gear doesn't fit with the gear wells. Can you not tweak the wells so that they do fit? maybe a slight rescaling of the gear itself?

what is the margin of error? There is another way as well. If the gear were to rotate along the side axis, and making the wells longer than the door would certainly solve the problem. These are just suggestions, however.
