They are available in the UK. I don't know about the U.S. though. I have several sets of them that I bought from the U.K.

Actually someone told me that Fact Files is very simillar to Star Trek The Magazine here in North America.
Dunno, never seen the Fact Files myself.

That's right. The fact files are essentially the "Technical Briefings" in the ST:M, except with less text and supplementary pictures. That picture is *it* of what you get.
The only advantage is that they're supposed to be cheaper, and they come out much sooner than they do here. But they *do* comeo out here eventually.

Hmmmm.. I'd much prefer a file type system then expensive magazine.
I'm going to the UK in a couple weeks, though that makes little difference, as I doubt I'd be able to find a big set or something.
