anyone having problems getting into Foundation3d .. when I try I get this ??

It looks like they either got hit by a hacker or they installed something new and didn't quite have all the bugs ironed out when you tried the first time to get in. I'd guess it's the later, though.

I'm fairly certain that's what it was. Whenever server and/or site administrators add new stuff, there are always kinks in the system at first. At least it's working for you now.

CPanel is the server controls for the owner of a site.

For example, if I wanted to work on some server stuff here, like create a new database or e-mail addresses, I'd log into my CPanel to do so.

Nah. Bob had made an announcement yesterday that they were moving to a new server. The fact the site is back up and running shows they have a handle on it.

I missed that .. but I still having problems with it .. I just got in and was typing a message about my hard ships

when I pressed submit when bang it was gone again

That tends to happen with a server move. The domain name has to propagate to the new server world wide, and can take a bit of time. So a connection glitch here and there can happen for a day or two.
