Default Galaxy class saucer separation

i am looking for some pics of the top of the engineering hull of a galaxy class, (the part you can see when the saucer separates). i am modelling a separating galaxy class and this would be very helpful, thanks

There's a whole big top down picture of that part in the TNG technical manual. I could scan it for you, I suppose, if no one else has...

I was thinking the same thing. There used to be and announcement about that on the front page but I don't think it's still there. Might be time to bump it again.

Seriously, people, this thread is 7 years old. If the person who first posted it hasn't found references on the separation by now, he/she probably gave up a long time ago.
