Anyone watching the US Senate race between Barrack Obama and Alan Keyes? Any opinions? If you ask me, Keyes is a laugh a minute and has all but singlehandedly assured his own utter and complete humiliation.
It's pretty telling that reporters are asking Obama questions almost entirely about Keyes, and the campaign doesn't even mind it too much (though they would rather the focus be on issues than Keyes's craziness).
My bet: Obama 70%, Keyes 30% _at most_. Obama's coat tails will be substantially longer than Kerry's in Illinois, even if Kerry does well nationally.
BTW, anyone read Obama's book (Dreams from my Father)? I bought it last weekend. It's currently 7th on the New York Times paperback nonfiction list and was 5th last week.
