tis a Dalek from Doctor Who...
a little history...
on the Planet Skaro, a thousand year war between the 2 races, the Thals and the Kaleds was basically in a deadlock.. neither side had the edge..
On the Kaled side, a scientist called Davros had forseen the effects the biological, nuclear and chemical weapons used by both sides were having. Each side had 'Genectially Wounded'.. the Mutos. Davros first accelerated this mutantation. Seeing the end result, a little green blob, he designed a travel machine for it. He named this a DALEK. Further he edited the mutants DNA to erase pity, compassion and anything he thought would weaken his creations..
the result.. the Daleks have plagued spacetime ever since... mostly foiled by the Doctor..
show history apart, they first appeared in 1963 and quickly became popular.. resulting in 'Dalekmania'.. you could buy anything with a Dalek or Dalek related.. 2 films were made, Doctor Who and the Daleks and Dalek Invaision Earth 2100, both starring Peter Cushing and taken from the BBC scripts for the same.. Daleks also featured in the 30th Anniversary story Rememberance of the Daleks against the Seventh Doctor....
since we're coming upto the 40th Anniversary I thought I'd make a Dalek...

Extremely Cool Kai! They were not my favorite Whovian villain, but you've done them justice.

thanks all yup..I'm very into DW.. was the first TV show I remember.. always prefered it to trek and the rest...
