Default Oil on canvas, 15 hour exam piece.

I guess that's all you need to know.

I know it kind of sucks. If you want a bigger picture just say so.

Its not bad at all. It took me a few to figure out the angle in which we are viewing.

he's one of my favourite classic painters, i must say. your painting seemed to want to stretch towards him, if you know what i mean.

I, for one, would LOVE a larger pic.

One day, I'll probably have a whole room of Shui-Hua prints...

No- only experiences with vague aquaintances and cafés wanting to buy my art... but Ebay is probably a bad idea, if you want to keep selling art. There's no connection, no exhibition, no contact number, no nothing. If you put your art in a restaurant or something, maybe someone'll want to buy it, someone'll want a commission or they'll think of you next time they need some sweet art to put on the wall. Take your portfolio about to likely suspects and show 'em what you have to offer.

You can sell on Ebay, but I really don't think you'll take an art carreer very far with it :/

It looks pretty good. There should be some more detail and the windows that are visible through the clear glass on the bottom-right look pretty bad. The gaps between the buildings should increase when getting near to the viewpoint instead of getting smaller. That's if you want it to be reallistic, I don't know.

I only just figured out that the big red blob was a pair of glasses. That adds a whole new depth to the painting Alex, very impressive.

I've actually seen a lot of artists selling their work at flea markets around the Dallas area. Modest prices - up to about $500. And they sell plenty of their paintings.

It might be something to think about, if you have anything like that near home.

Hmmm. Glasses... I wouldn't have figured that out myself. Those don't look quite like glasses, especially in the middle.

They're my glasses I'll post a pic if you want...

Thanks man I actually only added them in two hours into the painting. Luckily all that existed then was preliminary sketches and the completed figure of the man
